5. What other money do I need?
Each student is responsible for their food during the bus trip, down
and back, breakfasts, if desired, and most other meals during the week, other than the four meals included in this package in California. We recommend $260 American to be an adequate amount of spending money. (Approximately 23 meals at $6 each = $138 and $25 junk food. This allows $100 to buy souvenirs for their parents.) As well, plan for 2-3 meals eaten in Canada, on the way there and back; $6/meal; $12-$18 Cdn.
